Where we work
We are based in Utah County and we work the whole valley. Every town here has its own ground, its own water setup and its own rules, and we build for the one your lot is actually in. Pick your city to see what that means where you live.
Provo runs from the Utah Lake flats up to the Rock Canyon bench, so one side of town is heavy clay and the other is gravel, and the yard has to be built for the ground it actually sits on.
Landscaping in Provo →Orem is the one town around here with no secondary water, so the sprinkler design shows up on your culinary bill in a way it does not for the neighbors.
Landscaping in Orem →Vineyard is the young town on the lake: flat, newer lots on silty ground by Utah Lake, mostly watered with metered city water, where the job is making a smaller yard work hard.
Landscaping in Vineyard →Lindon still has that little-bit-of-country feel, which usually means bigger former-orchard lots, more yard to design and water, and old ag ground to work around.
Landscaping in Lindon →Pleasant Grove's bench lots sit on the alluvial fans below Grove Creek and Battle Creek, the exact ground built by debris coming out of the canyons, so how a yard grades and drains is the whole game.
Landscaping in Pleasant Grove →American Fork sits at the foot of Timpanogos where the river comes out of the canyon, so one town runs from soft lakebed silt that ponds and settles on the flats to boulder ground at the canyon mouth, all watered on the city's metered PI schedule.
Landscaping in American Fork →Cedar Hills calls itself Utah's mile-high city, a family town on the bench at the mouth of American Fork Canyon where even a short retaining wall needs a permit, the secondary water is metered, and hillside lots in The Cedars and Canyon Heights follow their own grading rules.
Landscaping in Cedar Hills →Highland is the big-lot town on the bench above Lehi and American Fork, where many lots are an acre or close to it, courts and horse areas share the yard, deer browse the gardens and every retaining wall goes through the city first.
Landscaping in Highland →Alpine is the big-lot town on the mountain edge under Lone Peak, where engineered walls, metered secondary water, deer on the bench and the memory of the 2012 Quail Fire all shape what a yard can be.
Landscaping in Alpine →Lehi is two towns in one: bare new-build lots on clay down by Thanksgiving Point with an HOA clock ticking, and steep gravel benches up on Traverse Mountain that need engineered walls.
Landscaping in Lehi →Saratoga Springs went from about 1,000 people in 2000 to an estimated 61,000 in 2025, so most yards here started as bare dirt on a city deadline, watered by a metered pressurized line that charges more once you pass your lot's allotment.
Landscaping in Saratoga Springs →Eagle Mountain is two climates in one city, the milder Ranches by the Lake Mountains and the colder City Center out toward Fairfield, with open Cedar Valley wind, metered city water and a one-year clock on new front yards.
Landscaping in Eagle Mountain →Springville, Art City, spreads from about 4,400 feet by Utah Lake up past 5,600 feet on the east bench, so a west-side clay yard and a bench view-lot are different soil, drainage and frost worlds, and one quote does not fit both.
Landscaping in Springville →Mapleton is big-lot country under Maple Mountain, a lot of it horse property, where the bench slopes on gravel fan soil and the deer come down out of the foothills in winter.
Landscaping in Mapleton →Spanish Fork has the biggest canyon airshed on the Wasatch Front, and the nightly downslope wind is the single thing an outside crew gets wrong here: it dries lawns and blows sprinkler spray right off target.
Landscaping in Spanish Fork →Salem grew up around a spring-fed pond, and it shows: parts of town sit over shallow groundwater, so drainage and hardscape footings near the low areas need a real plan, not a guess.
Landscaping in Salem →Woodland Hills rises about 1,200 feet from its lowest homes to its highest, most lots run on septic, every yard drinks metered city water and the whole town is treated as wildland-urban interface, so a yard here gets planned around slope, drain field and fire before anything else.
Landscaping in Woodland Hills →Elk Ridge is the high, steep one, up around 5,361 feet on Loafer Mountain, where almost every lot is a hillside lot the city code steps down the slope, and the deer, wind and snow are all real.
Landscaping in Elk Ridge →Payson has two quirks an outside crew misses: very hard culinary water, around 11.7 grains a gallon, that scales up sprinkler heads, and a secondary system that carries canyon sediment, so filtration matters here.
Landscaping in Payson →Santaquin sits up near 4,987 feet in Utah's cherry country, so the season runs a little shorter, the lots run bigger and more former-orchard, and the open summit position means real wind.
Landscaping in Santaquin →Do not see your town? We still probably cover it. Call or text (385) 213-2539 and ask.
