Some yards are past patching. When the grading is wrong, the concrete is failing and nothing drains, we take it down to dirt and build the whole backyard new, the right way.

What we do
There is a point where fixing one more thing in a broken backyard is throwing good money after bad. The patio is settling, the wall is leaning, the yard floods, the lawn never took, and every repair just exposes the next problem.
A rebuild solves it at the root. We take the yard down to dirt, fix the grading and drainage that caused the trouble, and build the whole thing back as one plan: base done right, hardscape, walls, irrigation, lawn and planting. It is a bigger job, and it is the one that actually lasts.
This is heavier work, often in the twenty to two hundred thousand dollar range, and it is exactly what we are built for. We would rather rebuild it once than patch it forever.
What a rebuild covers
Tearing out the failing patio, walls, concrete and old landscape, and hauling it away, so we start from clean ground.
Re-grading the whole lot and building real drainage, because a rebuild that skips this just fails again.
New patios, retaining walls, steps and structure, built on a base prepped for Utah clay so it stays put.
New sprinklers, lawn, beds, trees and lighting to finish the yard, set up for how your city waters.
How it goes
We look at why the yard is failing, then design the rebuild to fix it at the root, with an honest number in writing.
We demo and haul off the failing work, re-grade the lot, and fix the drainage before anything new goes in.
We rebuild the whole yard, base first, and stand behind it, so you are not back here in three years.
