What we do
A pergola, a deck or a fence is easy to buy as a kit and easy to spot as one. The good version is designed with the rest of the yard: the same lines, the same materials, set so it frames the space instead of just standing in it.
Because these are the pieces people touch and sit on, how they are anchored and built matters. We set posts and footings to hold, so a deck does not bounce and a pergola does not lean after a couple of Utah winters.
Fences also have rules. Height limits and permit lines vary by city, so we build to code and confirm the current requirements where you live.
